Interior Designer Arzu and Architect Muammer Erinal have
put their signatures on numerous interior design
projects through their own firm that they established in
Istanbul over 20 years ago.
Since 2003, they have been working to gain permits to
rebuild this stone cave house in the heart of Cappadocia
and turn it into a boutique hotel.
In addition to the development and restoration of the
House of Angels, the Erinals have been working with
senior architect Muammer Unlusoy on various other
restoration projects.
The Erinals share their dream with their two daughters,
Ada and Iris.
OUR
ROOMS
The
family and staff at the House of Angels offer you the
peace, pleasure, and comfort you seek with seven unique
guest rooms designed to make you feel like you are on
vacation in your own home with the service of your
dreams.
Each of
the seven guest rooms was designed and decorated
differently. There are 4 single rooms and 3 suites.
Four of the rooms were carved out of stone centuries ago
while the remaining three were built with local rocks
and traditional stones.
All
rooms include central heating, but some also offer the
romantic holiday pleasure of stone fire places.
The
original wooden doors to the rooms and the wooden doors
on the carved out storage cupboards were refurbished and
used in the rooms. Brass beds and antique wooden
cabinets were also refurbished and put back into use.
The
rooms are named Life, Dream, Peace, Hope, Pleasure,
Heaven and Love.
