"Esbelli" is the name of a district in
Urgup, Cappadocia, which is
famous for its restored old cave houses.
Esbelli Evi is an
exquisitely restored eight bedroom
pension in this area.

 


The bedrooms date
back to the 6th
century AD, and the
upper level was
added in the 1800s. One of the rooms
is the old kitchen, complete with oven,
and another the stables.
